If you turn it on in Focoly, this service lets the AI assistants you connect follow your Focoly focus sessions: when a session starts and ends, its planned length and why it ended, and during it whether you are focusing. It stores only that, deletes anything older than 24 hours, and gives the assistant read-only access after you enter a pairing code from Focoly.
Focoly's detection runs on your device. App names and window contents stay there. Start links carry your task name to Focoly, but this service never stores it.
To connect, add https://focus.focoly.app/mcp as a connector or app in your assistant, or install the Focoly Body Double plugin where your assistant supports plugins.
